Tea-Infused Hot Chocolate

While drinking hot chocolate this holiday season why not add a little flavor of your own? Try adding blends of teas instead of extracts or syrups. It'll add a subtle undertone of flavor without taking over the chocolaty taste you know and love.

Mint tea is great of course.
Vanilla and caramel flavored teas will add a nice mellow sweetness.
Oooo and vanilla-hazelnut tea, also a great one.
Even Earl Grey will add an interesting citrus taste.
Green tea gives the chocolate a bit of a sweet musky flavor.
And who knows what Chai Tea would do.

Just play around, try out what you think might work well. It's a fun new way to drink everybody's favorite holiday warmer upper.
